Terms of Service Agreement

The following terms and conditions govern all use of bearmon.com services and products. Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by bearmon.com.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using bearmon.com services. By ordering any services, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the bearmon.com website or use any services.

1. Acceptable usage policy: violation of the following acceptable usage policy may result in service suspension and/or termination (without refund). The provisions of this policy are intended as guidelines and are not meant to be exhaustive. Generally, conduct that violates law, regulation or the accepted norms of the Internet community, whether or not expressly mentioned in this policy, is prohibited. We reserve the right at all times to prohibit activities that damage our commercial reputation and goodwill.
   • Security - any "denial of service" attack, any attempt to breach authentication or security measures, or any unauthorized attempt to gain access to any other account, host or network is prohibited, and will result in immediate services termination, which may be without notice.
   • Compliance with law - Our products and services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission of, distribution of, storage of, or linking to any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization, and material that is defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, violates export control laws, or is otherwise prohibited by United States law.
2. Duplicate billing accounts in the billing area are prohibited. Individuals or organizations requiring multiple services relating to those same individual or organization must maintain those services on a single billing account. All linked duplicate accounts may be terminated when discovered.
3. Any issuance of a billing dispute or payment chargeback will result in immediate termination of all services (without refund).
4. Any involvement in, or statements suggesting future involvement in, legal action against bearmon.com will result in immediate termination of all services (without refund).
5. bearmon.com reserves the right to cancel or terminate any service provided, with or without refund, with or without prior notification, and for any or no reason.
6. bearmon.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time with or without notification. Any violation of this Agreement will result in service termination.
